In light of the current situation with the coronavirus, we want to let you know where we stand with the church at Savona Blvd.
As of Sunday March 15, we will continue with our regular Sunday morning services as scheduled at 10 am and 11 am.
The communion bread has been baked into individual pieces, and of course each person has their own container for the fruit of the vine.
We will try to serve communion and take up the collection without each one touching the plate.
We will be suspending the Sunday evening and Wednesday evening services until Sunday April 5, unless the situation warrants a change.
If you think that the risk is high in light of your individual health, please don’t feel guilty about staying home for the time being.
If you are sick, please stay home, and get tested if necessary.
Though we are a loving group of brothers and sisters, if you are uncomfortable hugging and shaking hands, refrain for the time being.
We will be using sanitizing wipes on the high-touch areas of the building before each service.
If you cannot be at services on the Lord’s Day please try to mail your contribution to Gary Jones (address below), or drop it in the mailbox at the building. You can also use PayPal and send it to Mike Schmidt and he will deposit it for you. (For Paypal, use michaeljschmidt@bellsouth.net.) You can also use Apple Pay to Mike’s number (772) 260-6120.
Please feel free to contact us if you need anything, or would like to discuss this matter.
undenominational congregation
We are an undenominational congregation of Christians aiming to be faithful in every way to Jesus Christ.
The Bible is God’s method of revealing His will to mankind. We look to the Bible alone for authority in doctrine and practice. Our goal is to simply follow what the Bible teaches.
we desire to teach the truth
We desire to share the love of Christ by being a warm and friendly group where people can learn about God.
We desire to teach the truth of God’s word to every person on the Treasure Coast, and are trying to encourage others to study the Bible. We seek to address the spiritual needs of the entire family: children, teenagers, and adults. Above all, we desire the salvation of every soul (Heb. 5:9).
bible studies
We would be happy to study the Bible with you to find the answer to any question you have.
We want to only give you Bible answers, not the answers of man, and we hope you demand the same. Jesus said in Matthew 28:18, “All authority has been given to Me in heaven and on earth.” We want to know what His answers are.
